Drag from one atom to another, or click two atoms in sequence, to connect them. Click empty space or press Esc to cancel an unfinished connection. Drag empty space to rotate.
Click atoms to toggle selection; click empty space to clear it. Left-drag selects a box. Ctrl/Command + drag adds; Alt + drag removes. Drag: select / Drag: rotate changes the mouse mode. In rotate mode, Shift + drag still selects. The box includes atoms behind the foreground. Deleting a boundary image removes its stored site and equivalent images. Undo restores them.
